I have actually not published a video in quite some time. I have been working on a few tasks. I simply have not gotten to the end of any of them. I've made a video about what I have actually been dealing with. What follows are those tasks:

Kiln- rolling bed/door
I have actually invested the spring constructing a solar wood drying kiln. I have actually gone a little overboard with it. Not a lot in size but in functionality. I hope to have a video about this out soon, although I have a great deal of video footage and it's a long project. My rough edit was almost 2 hours. It's typically about thirty minutes. LOL

Star sphere –
I was dealing with a sphere with stars on it for the fourth of July but didn't get it done and after that put it aside and I have not returned to it. I want to finish it. It's a dodecahedron sphere with a star pattern in each pentagon. I encountered difficulty with the angle on the pentagons so I require to re-cut the sticks and hopefully make it work.

Potter's head –
I know how much everyone enjoys AI so I wish to do a video where I use it as a tool and not a solution. If you're a fan of MASH, the television show from the '70s and '80s, there's an episode where Margaret and Frank have a bust of Colonel Potter carved and there's a pretty nice picture of it in the program. I believed I could utilize that to develop a design and after that carve my own variation of the Colonel Potter bust. Hey, that's good!

Sword deal with
An audience sent me a sword! But it requires a manage so I prepare to make a manage for it. I wish to do a segmented wood turned handle on the CNC. Possibly a deal with that has some aspects of a standard pattern but is made in a various method, made with wood.

Fir sphere –
I have actually been gathering firewood all summer. Among the trees I discovered had a piece that was a big branch that had actually been cut years ago and the tree had actually grown around the cut. I believed this would be interesting to wood turn the piece itself as had the form of a sphere within it. So I turned two half spheres out of this piece and now it's drying. The plan is to let this dry and reconnect them together and make a sphere. This project probably will not be done till next year sometime as the pieces need to dry. I do have a kiln now to help accelerate the drying process

Fort Rock –
We took a family vacation to Central Oregon early this summer season. One of the places we went was Fort Rock, which I have wished to check out for at some point now. I wish to do a topographic map where the more vertical lava sections of Fort Rock are a various colored wood and the whole area is sculpted and 3D. I think this would make a good wall hanging

Woodtuned bowls –
I have actually some woodturned bowls that I began that I would like to finish. One is a piece of oak that I turned maybe 5 years earlier and it has a lot of motion in the wood when it dried. So I 'd truly like to cut this in half and develop a big piece that reforms the bowl into a circle and make a great completed piece. Another piece that I have is a bowl I made from a big chunk of monkey puzzle tree. It has some really fascinating knots in it. It might be enjoyable to do some CNC inlays around or in the knots to make a fascinating final job.

Deck-.
Another huge project I have actually worked on and is now ended up, or at least the upper part is ended up, is a deck on our house. I'm unsure when this video will get done. It is where I got a lot of the wood for the kiln job. I do need to make some furnishings for the deck now. Some lounge chairs and a picnic table would be nice.

Accessory sphere -.
I'm uncertain what I'm providing for the accessory job at the end of the year. If anyone has any recommendations that could be helpful. My backup plan is to use the leftover pieces from in 2015's job to make a small sphere that would appear like an ornament and be intriguing. It simply would not be a very long video.
