I must say that you have the patience of a Saint to put all those pieces together.
As always I find it fascinating to watch you work. I did wonder if it was going to be the base of a lamp. I love the finish, and it was well worth the time and effort putting it all together.
I also loved the great camera work showing us the inside too.

Everytime you make a project like this, I’m reminded how I’ve been vastly underestimating the strength of wood glue.
I continue to think that to this day… from the first time in wood shop in elementary school, when some kid brings it up and the teacher replies with “on the glue bottle it says it holds 5000 lb. Just because you use it with little paper crafts doesn’t mean they’re lying about the 5000 lb.” and then we proceed to build a table without nails. IIRC white glue is stronger than some of the wood it holds together.
Love the work, as always. Really love the subtle humor in the storytelling of this video. The video production craftsmanship is another facet of amazing artistry. Thanks for sharing your skills with us.
