  1. Man I was just sitting there watching you put all those pretty colors together and was thinking, this is going to be awesome, and of course I was right. When you put that clear coat on at the end those pretty colors just popped out. Amazing work bro! Loved it!

  2. Fascinating how the pencils on the upper edge look so much bigger than towards the bottom. Awesome creation!

  3. Sorry to everyone who dislikes my pencil projects, its not my intension to destroy the planet like you claim I do but they look so cool I cant help it !! I will also be donating the same amount of pencils I used in this project to an orphanage which don’t have any !!
To everyone who likes a pencil project I hope you enjoy the pretty colours 🌈🌈👍👍

    1. Do they have Rose Art brand in Britain, Andy? Every Rose Art pencil you use in a project is a Rose Art pencil that will never find itself in the hand of a child, and that makes you a HERO in my book (because Rose Art makes crappy art supplies).

    2. I can’t believe it either that some people would be so petty to complain about the measly few boxes of pencil crayons you use. The manufacturers make them and sell them to whoever wants to use them to create art. You created art!! End of story… ❤️😊

    3. Andy, I just want to say you are truly inspiring and innovative a true creative. Colored pencils are meant for Creative people, clearly the people who find negativity in your art are either not creative and bitter for that fact or they are creative and just not appreciative for others who are. Your art is truly inspiring, continue doing it and do not doubt that you inspire others in this world unlike the negative people and haters who managed to find negative in the Beautiful. Cheers

    4. These pencils are produced so people with creative talents can produce wonderful works of art. Where is it written on how those pencils must be used and that those works can ONLY be produced on paper or canvas and how is their production and use destroying the planet???? ….such narrow uninformed minds. Awesome project, keep up the good work!👍

  4. What a beautiful piece! I like how you cut the pencils still in the box keeping them together nicely. And thank you for the Silly String!

  5. So pretty! I love the pattern you made with the colors and think that would be an excellent gift for both artists and teachers, as well as everyone else who just likes colors and geometric shapes! I love how the shapes bend with the curves of the bowl.

  6. I love waking up to your videos on Friday, Mr Phillip. This is so beautiful, it’s mesmeric. Thank you.

  7. Woke up, picked up phone to read the news, saw you tube notification. Thought “sod the news, I need my dose of Andy Philip and some wood turning”. Wasn’t disappointed. Truly brilliant. 😊

  8. Beautiful work as expected. On the use of pencils I will say that personally, I prefer the natural grain.

  9. There is always someone out there who is going to hate. Small minded, miserable people I’m sure. Just ignore them. This a so beautiful. The colours are amazing and the pattern you created just sets it all off. Well done.

  10. Are these people angry that you bought pencils? You didn’t actually go out, chop down the trees and manufacture said pencils did you? NO of course you didn’t. Andy, you just carry on creating these wonderful pieces. They’re a joy to watch being made, and stunning when they’re finished. 🤘

  11. The pencil project haters can go pound sand. This is such an awesome looking bowl and I hope that you have more of these to come in the future. Happy Friday to everyone watching Andy’s craftsmanship on YouTube this morning. Cheers!

  12. I really appreciate the thought you put into these projects with a plan as to what is likely at the end. Stunning result 👏

  13. I remember the pencils that I used as a child were made of cedar and always smelled nice when I sharpened them. This is beautiful !

  14. The way you distributed the colors is so beautiful! And it’s interesting how pencils behave when carved in curve!
