I discovered the cheapest coffee table I could find on Amazon and upcycled it into this fine woodworking table made just for eating pizza. We eliminated all the fake plastic wood and kept the metal frame. This table has a compartment made from strong walnut that keeps your pizza warm and out of the way. It's got 2 napkin holders integrated in because we all understand that excellent pizza is untidy. The walnut veneer top has a customized inlay of pizza deals with to remind you that pizza is the very best food. If you enjoy seeing woodworking jobs where we transform furnishings into art then you're gon na want to watch this video next:

Love how the knobs turned out! Everyone come join us on the Discord server, it was so fun to brainstorm this project!
This is the content I’m here for. You looked like you were having so much fun making this. It turned out absolutely ridiculous and I love it. Finally the hotdog table has a partner!
They can be best friends! Thanks Chevee!
This is so much fun!
A future upgrade might me making the pizza shelf on sliders so you can pull it out to grab the next slice without having to find room on the table for the box.
He was a genius and a madman who ate pizza with a knife and fork, you might not agree with his methods but you have to respect his ingenuity.
I know you totally did it for a reaction, but when you are the pizza with a knife and fork, I instantly felt rage 😂😂😂. Well done sir 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
That looks like a great improvement and a relatively cheap way to get a decent stand to customize from.
Question though, do you think the wood glue is stronger and better for veneering than contact cement? Is contact cement strong enough or no good at all for wood veneering? Thanks!
The pizza table turned out amazing! Time to have a pizza party! =D
Thank you for helping out!!
Insanely fun project! Napkin dispensers are extremely extra here. Puts the “fun” in functional. Thanks for sharing!
this was an incredible episode. Particularly loved the editing/humor
Once again you make an awesome project I’d never replicate, because I’m a simple man who needs to keep his projects simple. But it is so much fun to watch you transform that mass market table into something unique, that I can’t help but come back week after week. It was great to see Kelly again. I think the last time we saw her was the Evan & Katelyn collab which seems like it was eons ago.
Funny enough, we bought that Amazon table for Evan and Katelyn to use when they stayed here.
This was a brilliant video. One of the best mixes of “traditional” power tool woodworking and “new-age” power tool manufacturing (laser cutter, CNC, 3D printer) I’ve seen so far. And of course, in true Picciuto form, it was a stylistic masterpiece.
Holy cow those pizza drawer knobs were amazing as well!
I honestly get so excited to see a “Make Something” notification in my feed! Love the creativity and the doing it because you can aspect of this table! Awesome job!
Been waiting on this vid to drop since I heard about it last Friday and it was totally worth it. Looks like you all had a lot of fun Making it. Awesome touches!
This came out so freakin amazing and I think that mushroom pizza “feels” the same way! Next up, salad end table!
im gonna be honest, i stopped watching woodworking videos a while back, unless the project was intriguing enough. If woodworking videos were made with this much care, humor, originality, creativity, and fun, i’d watch every one of them. The table is amazing too
Same! Thank you thank you thank you!
Great job David. As usual great flow and content. Good pizza table. Best I’ve seen
I thought for sure the shelf would end up having some kind of warmer. Come on Dave😜 Awesome build!!!
Worth staying to the very end. 🤣
Awesome build! I’ve been excited about it since hearing the discussion on the podcast. Did not disappoint.
Looks amazing, love the inlays and the second shelf, those boxes are a pain to manage.
OMFG!!! I’m droolin’ over here! This was a EPIC build! I love everything about this table. I keep seeing things this week that make me want pizza, and then this build comes along. The universe has ordained it. I shall make pizza tonight (but eat it on a mundane surface unfortunately).
