In this video I take a piece of fire wood, which I think is Sycamore, and after some scorching and epoxy casting, I turn a 2 ringed wedding goblet.

Another amazing piece! Really beautyful. How about one where you use just clear epoxy so that the burned edge is visible. That looked pretty cool as well.
