  1. Hi Kelly and happy birthday duke! Thanks for a year of artistic woodworking and design. You inspire me greatly and wish you all the best in 2024!

  2. Love your channel. Beginner woodworker (female, 61, probably not your regular audience) and I’ve learned a lot from you… as for Wen – I have a track saw from them and LOVE IT.. of course I’ve never used an expensive tool so I have nothing to compare to except how much easier it is to breakdown plywood. Anyhoo, thank you for the ending! And I love the talking head stuff.❤

  3. I skipped past most of the action because I had to sell all my tools when I moved country and went to the talkie section! Good to see your “silent business partner” 🤣 Thanks for all the knowledge, wisdom and entertainment on your channel and the podcast this year. Have an excellent 2024 bud!

  4. Happy birthday Duke!! Enjoyed Kelly’s Teller impression quite a bit. Merry Christmas and happy 2024 to you!!!

  5. Happy Birthday Duke. Your puppers are adorable. You def need to do something inspired by them for the house. 😘

  6. Great ideas, I really need a band saw! I have a few Wen tools as a weekend warrior and they’ve been great. Happy birthday Duke!

  7. I don’t know why but for some reason you were a hard sell for me. But I have grown to absolutely look forward to your video’s. I have grown to love your humor and definitely look forward to your new home series where you will be making all of this new furniture. Love your wife and dogs as they always add a special something to your videos. Keep up the great work!!!

  8. 6 fun and totally approachable projects. And you even hit 3 of my faves: boxes, lamps, & clocks. Hey Kelly, and happy birthday to Duke. So if Wally is short for walnut, is Duke short for padauk (one of my favorite species) or something else? Here’s to a great 2024, and thanks for the ride so far.

  9. I’ve been following you for about 4+ years now, since I started woodworking. You’ve been my favorite TV woodworker since I saw the inlay video you did all those years ago. Anyway, I just wanted to say, since I’ve been following you so closely, I felt it when you said Grandpa Picciuto died this year. I’m really sorry to hear that, man. It’s very clear how cool of a relationship you guys had, and the respect you give him on your show must have made him proud of you and proud to be the guy who gets that kind of recognition.
Anyway, my wife and I are extremely excited to book a weekend at your AirBNB and some shop time with you when all that gets rolling. We are literally putting some income tax big-money aside for this so we can actually make it happen. We are both huge fans. Anyway, your videos only get better. Thanks for making them and putting in the work to make them

  10. Awesome video, please keep making more like this!!
Happy birthday Duke!! Have a few Wen tools and the quality has been excellent for the price.
    Merry Christmas Kelly and David!!

  11. Hello Kelly and Duke!! also Happy Birthday Duke!! I love your videos! I’m a hobby woodworker I have made some coffee tables and little things. Thanks for everything you do!

  12. Man. So sorry about the loss of your Grandpa. He was such a cool dude. I’m glad you convinced him to let you make a couple videos about him and his shop.

So excited to see your progress on the rental property!

  13. Happy Birthday, Duke! And I’m glad to see you have the balls to tell all of us how good/bad the Wen tools are. Thanks for taking a bullet for us. I have some Wen that I like and some I don’t. But always curious about the ones I haven’t tried.

  14. These are such nifty little projects that would make great gifts. Thanks for sharing how to make these.
It was great to see Kelly on screen with you for a bit too! Also, hopefully your fur kids Wally (Wallnut) and Duke (happy birthday buddy) don’t become big headed now that they are YouTube superstars 😉
Merry Christmas to you too and I really hope 2024 is a year of phenomenal growth for your channel.

  15. Just LOVED the end of your video! Awkward or not, you are wonderful!!! Love your excitement, passion, and positivity! Hi Kelly!!!

  16. Really enjoyed the end! Love your stuff Dave and I hope to be one of the people to stay at your new place when it’s done!

  17. I did notice the different table saw. Ive been woodworking for 11 years now. My shop when I started compared to now…. Soooo different. But I always liked watching videos no matter the tools they used. I watched Jays Custom Creations when he was working out of the apt with less tools and WWMM with Steve. BUt I also watched Mark the Wood Whisperer. It didn’t make me think “Oh I could make that if I had those tools…”. Instead it helped me learn not just how to make… but what to look for when I did upgrade my tools. And sometimes I found that I cold make the same things on my cheaper tools and with less tools. I just had to be creative. Always excited to see what you are doing next. Going to have to try that coupon! Thanks! Happy Holidays!
