Sadly a lot of the hard work was undone in the final stages. The top coat is the most important stage and boy was that rushed, and up close in person that will look messy. Avoidable using thin layers, lots of them, and wait for them to dry between each coat. If you want a thick coat with a crystal deep finish, use a slow curing epoxy. Never rush the finish.
