Woodworkers Secrets Revealed – Click Here to Discover the #1 Woodworking Resource!
Some of your art I like, some not so much, but always love your videos. Great work again.
@craigchristensen6082 I feel like that’s the whole point of art. No artist makes certified bangers every time
Wow. The blended acrylic is my favorite thing. I am a long-time woodworker with an engineering degree. My creative side and practical side battle constantly. Keep on truckin’ brother.
I’m really enjoying all your experimenting, David, great series. Good luck with your exhibition.
If I had all these big and expensive tools…I still couldn’t create this
Great job!
Definitely one of the videos I’ve really enjoyed today. Thank you
Terrific work on that subtraction sign David! 👍👍
Love the mixed media and textures in this piece. Things get fun when you just let go of expectations. Really enjoying you leaning hard into the artistic aspect of this show. Super bummed I won’t be able to make it, but I’ll be cheering you on from afar. Thanks for sharing!
Thought it was interesting that you created the word “subtract” using an additive technique. Cool looking piece
Man Squarespace must be paying a ton for all the sponsorship deals they have lol. This piece turned out really cool. Gives me a lot of ideas.
Awesome piece and video! Thanks for sharing.
I really hope that after the show you continue to make art pieces. These videos feel like you have arrived in your groove.
100%
I like this one. I have people drop cookies off at my shop door all the time. So I have an abundance of them laying around. Never thought about just playing with them and seeing what comes out.
Rising from the primordial ooze? Another nice piece for your show – good luck with it! I know you have been working toward this for a long time, and I’m happy you are living out your dream.
I like the coming out of the swamp look!
Your renewed joy and enthusiasm in your channel is obvious. You have clearly made a great decision for yourself in changing your direction. I am really enjoying your videos and your art. I look forward to your show on the 20th. See you there.
Aw yeah! Loving this series of objects, you’ve really locked into an interesting style and concept.
That font reminds me in the best way possible of the effects we would do when I got my associates in graphic design 22ish years ago. Videos like this are great because I’m never going to make this piece of art but seeing how excited you were during the process was great to watch.
Sir, I don’t know you, but I do enjoy your content and your perspective. I am a semi retired construction superintendent and have been restoring homes for the last 30 years in North Central Iowa end of context about me how you rationalize and present opportunities to learn almost makes me giddy and I’m 50 years old. Good job.
The negative space with the spalting cool and unique.
That is such a small piece of paper under the acrylic protecting the clean wood. You really trust that viscosity.
